With an optimised reduced diameter, the Droptic® LM1L cable is used for indoor applications in recent or old dwellings. By using cable laying or cable gluing techniques, thanks to its flexible construction, this drop cable can be run alongside baseboards, window or door frames. Discreet, the LM1L fibre optic indoor cable will bring almost invisibly the optical signal up to the optical telecommunications outlet or to the network termination point.
The Droptic® LM1L indoor cable is built with bend-optimised fibre optics and presents a LSZH-FR outer sheath, fully compliant with CPR standards.
Drop cables included within the Droptic® family have been designed to meet the requirements and diversity of FTTP access network topologies. Thanks to this complete solution, telecom field technicians will be able to connect the ISP network, from the Optical Distribution Point, with the customer's network via an indoor network termination point. These drop cables enable a quick and optimised deployment of the optical fibre from the distribution point to the subscriber's dwelling.
This range of drop cables contributes on ensuring reliable and future-proof FTTP networks, both during the roll-out and their lifespan.
