1. Goods receipt

At the goods reception moment you must carefully check the package(s) and its/ their content(s) in the presence of the carrier before signing the delivery note.

If the delivered products have suffered damage during the transport and present deterioration signs (breakage, shock, deformation…) you must refuse the package(s) by writing legibly and precisely the reason for your refusal on the delivery note.

If quantities are missing, fill out the delivery note by writing your reservations legibly: please note with accuracy the number of packages and the designation of the missing products before signing the form.

In any case, and to guarantee an optimal time of processing your request, please inform the customer service of the dispute. (In the absence of specific reservations related to damage or apparent deterioration and in case of non-confirmation by registered letter to the carrier and the supplier of your reservations within three days of receipt, claim is extinguished).

In the absence of precise reservations marked on the delivery note, goods will be considered as “delivered in conformity”.

2. Return policy

After 30 days from the reception of goods, we reserve the right to refuse any claim. In any case, please note that we only accept the merchandise if returned to us in a perfect state of resale and in its original packaging. Also, we do not accept any goods return without the prior agreement of the customer service: a return form with an agreement number to affix on the package will be sent to you.

Transport fees are at your expense, unless in case of an error from our part (products delivered do not comply with specifications indicated on your order form).

3. After-sale service

Please consider that we do not accept any claim without a prior agreement of the customer service. To make sure your complaint is processed within the shortest delay, please require an agreement number to affix on the returned package. Transport fees are at your charge.

  • • If the product is under warranty: As soon as the repairs have been made we will return the product at our expense. However, if the warranty does not apply, we will send you a price estimate and only make repairs after the reception of your written consent. In this case, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
  • • If the product is out of warranty: A price estimate will be sent to you. Repairs will be executed only after the reception of your written agreement. In case you refuse the estimate and according to your instructions, the item(s) will be returned to you at your expense (fixed fees + transport fees) or destroyed if repairs are not possible (fixed fees for the destruction of the item/s)
