  • • Guarantee the quality of our services by constant monitoring the quality of the services provided by each of our partner carriers
  • • Provide our customers with a real-time parcel tracking service: upon shipment of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including a link to your parcel tracking. This will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery in real-time, via the carrier’s website.

General conditions of delivery

The customer agrees to indicate at the time of placing the order an address to which delivery can be made during business hours, as well as a telephone number where he/she can be reached. The customer must indicate via a comment included to his/her order if the carrier must provide a means to unload the order upon delivery.
The delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer at the order placement moment.

Delivery delay Please consider that the choice of the carrier will be determined by the volume and the weight of the parcel, which will condition the delivery delay.
 
• Up to 30 kg: Single parcel → Your carrier in Standard delivery is DPD 
 
• Over 30 kg or pallet : Your order is transported by Schenker-Joyau
 
• For orders overpassing 500 kg, freight shipping will be applied. In this case, please contact us.  It is important to note that the delay announced at the order confirmation time to the Buyer is given for information purposes only and under no means it can be considered as contractual. Some of our shipments are not eligible for express delivery. In this case, this option will not be offered to the Buyer at the order placement moment. Conditions for Express delivery:
 
• Order(s) placed before 11 a.m. (delivered starting with the next day, depending on your address)
 
• Except bulky items A delay in delivery due to product discontinuity or any other reason cannot under any circumstances entitle the Buyer to any compensation and/or damages.
In case of major force or exceptional events (natural disaster, epidemic, strikes, lockout, ...) delaying or prohibiting the goods delivery, TELENCO DISTRIBUTION is discharged from any liability.

6.1 TELENCO DISTRIBUTION chooses with the utmost care what seems to be the best shipping method without however assuming any guarantees for that. This choice is made freely, unless otherwise instruction from the Buyer, who must then cover the additional cost that may result. 6.2 Delivery times are considered starting with the date of acknowledgement of the order receipt. These delivery times are offered for information purposes only. They depend on the time of the arrival orders, the availability and the transport possibilities. The Seller will engage any reasonable effort to comply with the delivery times. The provision at the factory is assimilated to the effective shipping, particularly with regards to conditions and payment terms.
 
6.4 Any return of product(s) must be subject to a prior written agreement of the Seller and is made at the expense and risk of the Buyer. Any product recovery accepted by TELENCO DISTRIBUTION will entail the constitution of a credit for the benefit of the Buyer after quality and quantity verification of the returned product(s). 6.5 If upon reception the product(s) does not correspond (anymore), the good(s) return to our premises is at the expense of the Buyer. However, if the product(s) present(s) a default or is/are subject to an error from our part (wrong part number or quantity), the good(s) return is at the charge of TELENCO DISTRIBUTION. In all cases, in order to realize a goods return the Buyer must contact the Quality department of TELENCO DISTRIBUTION, which will be entitled to communicate the Buyer an agreement and to afterwards send a return slip. 6.3 Upon goods reception, the absence of specific reservations relatives to defaults or apparent damage on the transport form and the lack of confirmation to TELENCO DISTRIBUTION of these reserves within 10 days from the reception, extinguishes any claim. Reservation made by the Buyer must be clear and precise. We kindly recommend the Buyer to carefully check both the condition of the parcel and the condition of goods included within. Transport fees Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and the volume of the order. * Please be informed that we deliver only to countries that are member states of the European Economic Area, Switzerland and Norway.
